New Calif. Law Affects Foreclosures

Foreclosures are up over 100 percent from last year in Los Angeles County. State lawmakers are trying to slow this trend. California’s state government recently signed into a law a bill which helps homeowners and renters who are involved in a foreclosure. SB 1137 makes four changes to state law affecting consumers. more
